In the 1960s, China itself designed and manufactured the first batch of complete set production equipment for viscose fiber (staple and filament), which had
equipped a number of production plants with a total production capacity up to 300,000 tons/year. Thus created the antecedence of chemical fiber equipment
produced by our own company.
In early 1980s, complete set of equipment for polyester staple production with single line capacity of 15,000 tons/year was developed by importing technology
from foreign countries and offered more than 40 production lines installation for domestic market. In late 1980s, importing technology from foreign countries,
acrylic fiber for dry spinning equipment with single-line capacity of 30,000 tons/year and 45,000 tons/year were developed, offered acrylic fiber plants with
total capacity of 165,000 tons/year. Five acrylic wills were equipped with these equipment. All these major technology equipment projects have been awarded
by the state.
In recent decade, the Group has put emphasis on scientific research. The Group developed the new-three-reactor process of 180,000 tons/year and the
polyester staple production single line of 30,000-60,000 tons/year, viscose staple fiber line of 20,000-45,000 tons/year, and acrylic fiber wet spinning line of
15,000 tons/year. Also it developed new advanced equipment for viscose filament spinning, plant protein fiber spinning, polyurethane, polypropylene, aramid and
acetate fiber spinning. The product range has been extended and technology constantly updated. These products are being exported. |
